Need help optimizing cws chieftain

Hello. I am playing a low lvl budget version of emiracle’s cws chieftain on console.
I just manager to get a defiance of destiny. And have 10 div budget left.
I’m not using clusters atm and still on a rise of the Phoenix shield.
I need to get jewels with max fire res in order to upgrade to a prism guardian or rare shield.
These are pretty much non existent on console. Or out of my current budget.
I can run ultimatums on T16. I die in 17’s tho.
I would really appreciate some pointers or suggesties to upgrade my build or my farming tactics.
Most inscribed ultimatums i find are very low lvl. Like 10 - 20 chaos reward.

I'm playing a CWS Chieftain as well but I haven't seen Emiracle's setup yet. When I checked your character, I immediately saw that you only have 1004 unreserved life. For Defiance of Destiny amulet, you should have as many unreserved life as you can.

Link your Malevolence to Eternal Blessing, not the Purity of Fire. Then link both Petrified Blood and Purity of Fire to an Enlighten gem Lvl3 at least. Respec some points (maybe remove your Chaos res wheel and get Chaos res somewhere like Light of Meaning or Amethyst flask) and get the Champion of the cause reservation wheel + the Life Reservation efficiency mastery. After that, you should have around 50% unreserved life (around 3.3k HP). That way you'll have a bigger max hit and better healing from your Defiance amulet.

Spec into the Unfaltering life recovery wheel. It helps alot since you only have a 54% Bloodnotch.
