No level 3 resist crafting recipe

I've cleared Doedre's Cesspool 3 times now. Killed the boss and explored the T afterwards. I can't find this recipe for elemental resists which is critical to the game.

Can someone tell me where the recipe is very clearly? Or is this a bug? Has it moved? 4 sources tell me its in Doedre's Cesspool.

Cesspool should be where you get the recipe for 29-35 fire, cold and lightning resist. However, that recipe only works on Body armor, gloves, boots, helmet, shield, belt, and quiver. If you're trying to craft that tier of resist on rings/amulet, it won't work.

On the crafting bench, if you have no recipes selected, you can scroll beyond your available recipes and it will show you a list of recipes you don't have unlocked yet, and the location of where to unlock it.

I believe /recheck_achievements is necessary here if it's already been discovered but not allowing to be used on the bench.
