Refound Passives

hello ,
In my passive tree, I have a skill's line with 2 connected skills, and I should be able to get a refund for either of those skills that are connected to their respective lines. Why can't I do it if I have refund points?

Characters tab is still hidden. You have to uncheck "Hide Characters tab" and then click on Update to save the setting.

The screenshot does not show enough of your passive tree. But if you can't unspec either of the circled passives, then that means that the passives shown in your screenshot are the bridge passives from the right side to the left side. If you want to remove those circled passives, you have to bridge to the left side somewhere else on your passive tree to safely remove the circled passives.

What I suspected was true. You cannot skip over passives to get to the left side. If you take the 1 STR passive next to Blood Magic (bottom left), it will connect the left side from the bottom, and then you can remove any number of passives in that screenshot around Butchery passive, as long as the remaining allocated passives are still connected to either the left or right side.
