Map Devise Portal Not Open

Hi
i'm new at game i finished act And Now i'm at atlas
i use that Medal Map Too Open Atlas Manp
now I Open 2 Atlas Map Trrace And Rampart
but when i go to kingsmarch City
i put trrace Medal On Map Device
portal Is Opening But I Cant Go In

when i put my mouse on medal i see this
map Completion 0%
Expect map Completion : 100%
Expect map Completion time:00:19:23
1% Chance For an atlas runner To be a permanently Killed in this map

3 Medal I Use
i restart Game
i Change Getway

can some one help me

In Kingsmarch, you employ map runners to run the maps for you. You can't use the map devices there yourself.
