Eater Eldritch Altar Non-Ailment

Whenever i choose the altar for non-damaging ailments are reflected even though i have 100% reduced effect of chill; i am still being chilled for the full effect of the chill 40% as an elementalist.

It is not taking into consideration any stats that reduce the non-damaging ailments and just reflecting the exact amount back onto the user.
