EA key from pack purchase

Question, i want a second key to gift it to a friend so :

- do i get a key from buying the Justice serie packs,
- or do i only get a second key if i buy the tier 3 from the early acces packs ?

Because the tier 3 doesn't really give me goosebump but the new one for the 0.3 of PoE2, god yes

Only the early supporter pack series give you a key. So Justice no.
And by tier3 if you meant Faridun, yes if you pay full price, no if you pay upgrade price. And you don't want to pay full price just for the key, as well gift your friend the USD$30 early supporter pack.
