0.3's new Incinerate spending mana & infernal flame

Incinerate: Has been reworked, it now requires fuel gained by spending mana to use.

The new incinerate sounds like a lot of fun, excited to use it.
If you are an infernalist who was gone down the infernal flame path, you cannot spend mana.
Can there please be a way for incinerate to also be usable with infernal flame?
I'd humbly suggest some interaction to make it available to be used to drain/spend infernal flame built up as that's nice and thematic.

There aren't many fire spell skills as it is, please keep them all available for the fire spell witch builds.

PS: the witch getting the fire/elemental damage passives at the start of the tree overwritten with phys/minion/chaos things is also annoying
Can we not have class-specific passive points, please

i think this is a wording issue because this change looks like it was specifically made to help infernalist. def looking to try it, but still worried how this class will perform due to the changes not being very substantial there.
