Question (to GGG) regarding new trade-tabs

First. Am i correct to assume that one trade-tab will be given to everyone for free?

And second more niche question:
I am currently using my premium tabs as mix for storage and sale. Simply not listing price for anything i am not intended to sell.
If i will convert current premium tab to trade-tab - can i keep using it in similar fashion? That is, will game allow me to put items there i am not actually intend to sell, and use some of it's space simply for storage?

Look at the reveal video. You can't add an item without giving it a price.
You could give it a high price, like 1 mirror, to prevent players from buying it, but it would be a clumpsy way for extra storage.
