all loot and the arena portal are gone when leaving cortex map while he's leaving outta the map device after killing the last boss o.o

Has worked this way for a very long time by design. Someone must be in the instance when loot generates. Applies to Cortex, Legion 5-ways, etc.. anything where loot generates after a set duration instead of when kill.
