Penance Brand Interface Bug

The top left brand count icon does not seem to update correctly at 7 brands.
It works correctly until 6 and the 7th doesn't show.
Tested both with lv 21 Penance Brand of Dissipation and with lv 1 Penance Brand. Same behavior.

Update: The seventh brand slot does show if there is at least 1 brand attached.
There is no icon shown for 7 unattached brands.
