Cast on XXX + Mark Spells is Dead?

Just wanna confirm if I am reading this right. Any combo that relies on Cast on Crit/Ailment + Mark spell like Sniper's Mark is dead in 0.3?

" Correct, they're no longer spells so unless you pick deadeye there's no way to use them in CoX. |
