What exactly is the Third Edict and is this the league name or is Rise of the Abyss the name?

Maybe I'm just not understanding something or missing something that is obvious but I cannot figure out what the Third Edict is. I never saw it explained in the content reveal video. The support packs are called Rise of the Abyss.

The Third Edict is the name of the 0.3 update. Rise of the Abyssal is the name of the league. Confusing, I know.
Think of The Third Edict as the addition of Act 4, new gems, asynchronous trade, etc., and Rise of the Abyssal as just the Abyss mechanic. The term "Third Edict" refers to something appearing in the new campaign storyline, taking place in Act 4 and maybe beyond. |

Ah ok yes that makes sense now. I never really thought they would use some name/teaser for Act 4 but the piece all fit now haha. Thanks
