Will my merchant tabs be shared among my characters?

Hello,

The Website states that none of my Premium Stash tabs can be upgraded to Merchant tabs.

I’m considering buying a Merchant tab from the shop, but before I do, I’d like to confirm:
If I purchase it on my Standard character, will it also be available for my new league character (which I plan to create right after)?
