Second class trade?

The new trade system LOOKS really good but unlike the original, you cannot trade with your league starter until you reach Act IV, which for many players (me included) takes several days to a week. There is so little on the old trade now that you cannot buy much for most of the campaign! Surely this is not how it should be. In the future when this new trade replaces the original this will really slow progression in an already challenging game. There should be a trader in an early town.
