How to attack every time I press my skill even when mouse is further from character

Hey guys, is there a way to attack every time I press my skill like in poe 1, and Im not talking of standing still and attacking Im talking of pressing my skill Ice Strike and even if theres no monsters near he will start attacking and moving in the direction of my mouse.

Someone from youtube said you could turn on WASD and it works. Maybe the functionality isnt in POE2 atm
