Quesiton about Omen of Homogenising

When I use Omen of Dextral Exaltation (Exalt only Suffix) + Omen of Homogenising (Exalt adds modifier with same tags) + Exalt on a chestpiece with

P: maximum ES (Energy Shield, Defences)
S: Fire Res (Ele, Fire, Res), Cold Res (Ele, Cold, Res)

does the new Suffix from my Exalt add a mod that only matches my Suffix modifiers (Ele, Cold, Res), or that matches any of my modifiers in Prefix or Suffix (ES, Defences, Ele, Cold, Res)

Basically: Can it only roll Ele res, or is Faster Start of ES Recharge in the pool too?
