Lichborn rogues sustain?

Is there a way to sustain them properly, so they will spawn as Lichborn? I mean, I know the mechanic with rogues is not quite optimal, bus still. I ran more than 200 maps with abyss overrun areas. Additionally i use omen of reinforcements and all the precursors on %increase spawn, ofc the tree is fully utilised for rogues as well. They manage to find a clean non-abyss pixel to spawn without getting lich-ed. Just feel like its not the intended behaviour

200 abyss maps is a ton. It's insane you haven't gotten a diamond from that.

I haven't done nearly as many and I already think it's ridiculous that I can't find one.

With everything possible invested into finding them (atlas nodes, tablets, overrun abyss nodes) it doesn't make sense.
