Ange gambling / fishing

Hey, so i spend between 5 and 6 million gold on Ange on armour gloves in hopes to find +melee skill gloves, when i used my calculator and only 5m gold and the cost of a pair of glove is 11500 that comes to a minimum of 434 gloves WITHOUT a single +lvl mod, yes i also use augments to increase the chances but not regals as i might want to use a essence. still, 434MINIMUM without any level, so the question for me is:

does she even sell that mod or is there a bug preventing her from selling that mod?
does this mod even exist in general anymore? havent found a pair outside of act 1/2 sofar.
