corpse item spectres

Since corpse item spectres don't get memorised by desecrate, plz at least make them drop the corpse when they die and make those corpses not affected by corpse consuming skills and items. Every time I have to replace a spectre I have remove the recovery mastery "every 3 seconds consume a corpse to recover 10% of life" and also make sure nothing else will consume that corpse.
