👍 Add an option to finalize trades even when the seller is offline

Right now, the trading system requires the seller to be online for a transaction to go through. This creates big problems, especially in leagues like Ruthless, where at certain points very few players are online. It often makes it extremely hard to buy items, because even if you find what you need on the trade site, the seller is simply offline.

Id much rather see seamless keyboard mouse + controller function over any trade anything. Trade works just fine the way it is.
