Is the Stygian Gargoyle Wings MTX affected by the Divergence Character Effect?

I want to buy these wings because they're on sale, but I want to make sure it'll get full black. I know there's a black version, but I only have points for the blue one.

Divergence Character effect doesn't work on gargoyle wings I don't think. I know for a fact it doesn't work on the base ones, as I own those and tried it. It does work on Raven Demon Wings though, for a similar look.
