New method of price fixing

There appears to be a new method of price fixing which I haven't seen being talked about. I noticed it with the normal Heavy Belt when I was checking how much to sell it for.

I noticed that there is a seller, who has them for 34 ex, all listed 12 days ago. So, I thought that they are selling for under that price.
I listed my for 37 ex anyway but it sold immediately. So, I got curious why my 37 ex belt sold, but 34 ex belts are still up...

It seems that there is a way to post items to the trade site, but make them unbuyable. If you try to buy any item that a price fixer has for sale, you'll only get "Item no longer available".
Refresh the page and the items are still there.

Edit: The reason the items cannot be purchased is because the accounts are banned.

GGG, can this be fixed by not showing banned user's items on the trade site?

This should be on bug report thread, if it's true.

Maybe if it said "PoE1 General" then it would be PoE1 General. Right now, it is just "General".

Ok Early Access Discussion is obviously Poe 2 General Discussion.

Even has the same description as Poe 1 General Discussion but says "Path of exile 2"

So please use appropriate sections.

The behavioral trend seems to be people just not paying attention to posting in the correct forums.

It comes in waves, sometimes I copy/paste a friendly redirect then report the post to be moved, but often times most of the users are rarely on the forums.

It would almost make sense to call this subforum "PoE1 General Discussion"...
