Game has become unplayable - "Failed to connect to Instance"

Playing since release without problems.
"Failed to connect to Instance" - Error appeared since patch 0.3.1 for me. Around every 3rd map/instance I try to load (including my own hideout, towns, other hideouts, atlas maps, campaign maps, doesn't matter) gives me this error. Sometimes I have to relog 3+ times just to load the desired instance. Sometimes it helps to load a new instance with CTRL+click method.

The error also appears when I die and try to resurrect.

I can practically not access areas like the Well of Souls anymore - the error appears in 9/10 cases there. Once it appears when trying to enter Well of Souls, it doesn't matter how often I retry to enter - I'm locked out. I was able to join the next day, only to die, and then getting the error again.

What also baffles me is how I can barely find information on this. User-reports on this seem to be hidden or get deleted, or even worse - it's blamed on the user, when this is clearly a server issue.

What is going on?

I feel like I'm getting scammed.

I'm also having this issue ever since I updated and wanted to try the new league and poe2 told me to go f myself please fix i wanna play

Why don't your developers focis on fixing this issue? I can't find any reason for this or difficulty increase to be anything other than "insider playing" it is dead fucking obvious because you hear people comment about how the game is not totally F'd and then they throw out numbers about gear that only a developer would know en-mass
