New patch 0.3.0 merchant tab/trade upgrade problem on PS5

Hi GGG HELP DESK
My account is btu_us#1102, I first created my account using [Removed by Support]. However, it didn’t work cuz POE2 only runs on PlayStation international account or something related, so I created another account using my wife’s gmail to set up btu_us#1102. Nevertheless, it has been running well til I tried to sell things in the market few days ago. I realized I have to log in to make a conversion on your official website, totally different from season 1 where I sold items in person outside the game. Could you please help me solve this problem?
