Online moderation policies need to change

I would love to do a poll on this as I think 99% of the player base finds the things content moderation team will apply mutes for is asinine excessive carebear nonsense.

These people ruin the online chats in this game about murder hangings occult and witchcraft by muting anyone making harmless jokes no one honestly cares about. It's ridiculous. These people should moderate a childrens' game. Not Path of Exile. It's absurd. They are like this about every topic not just politics.

Seriously. Put up a poll and you'll know I'm right. They ruin the social aspect of this game.

WORST part is mutes ALWAYS double and NEVER decrease in length. This is horrible for a game where you purchase stash tabs as over the years you WILL accrue silly mutes for nonsense and eventually hit month long mutes on your accounts. It's inevitability with such an oversensitive ridiculous mod team.

Seriously. Why do your mute lengths constantly double without end? Why doesn't this ever reset back down to 10 minutes? You people have no idea what you're doing in this area and the long term effects.
