Steam Account Unlink

This account has been around quite awhile and I have never been able to verify as the email attached is from when I was like 10 (I'm now 29) I would like to Unlink it to put it onto another account I made with a current email. The steam account is the exact same just a new poe.com account. Seen it done before but here is my shot in the dark!
