Fix the lag, stuttering, and poor performance

The game is great.

The lag is frustrating.

This game will never succeed with the performance in its current state.

If there was zero content update in 0.4.0, but the game performed smoothly, it would be a smashing hit. All I could ever ask for. Best league of the year. Path of Exile 2: Smooth Sailing.

In its current state it's just embarrassing. Something needs to be done. How is poe1 more performant, there's twice as much stuff happening on the screen there.

Maps crash every 3-4 map or so. We don't even now what is wrong. Some say shader issue. There is good chance that they don't even know. If they don't openly address this situation next patch, they will surely get the heat.

Hope that post like this gets more attention from GGG.
