Hello i was planning on buying skill mtx for crackling lance, but i still have no idea which of the 3 im gonna play on 3.27 launch. I never used skill mtx so my question is if Celestial Crackling Lance is applicable for any crackling lance both normal and 2 transfigured versions since they are just 0 intensity and max intensity versions of normal gem
