Can master distiller PLEASE EXEMPT UTILITY SKILLS FROM CONSUMING CHARGES?

Okay, so extremely simple ask.

Master Distiller--that absolutely garbage trashcan Pathfinder nerf that just got a slight buff--it's awful because it consumes charges from skills that we absolutely do not want consuming them.

I don't care about my whirling blades or shield charge getting crit chance, hitting with more elemental damage, or chaos damage.

I don't want it consuming my flask charges!

Can we PLEASE exempt the following skills from consuming flask charges:

Guard skills
Travel skills
Curse skills

If it's as simple as tagging a certain class of skill to not consume flask charges, can we add a bunch of utility skills to that list so they don't consume flask charges to provide ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE?
