Unique/Bloodline Passive to Make Ignite Infinitely Stacking

I feel like this is a concept that isn't fully explored in PoE, it's touched on with Warden and Shock, but not with damaging ailments.

Emberwake lets us apply one more ignite (for a damage nerf) but I feel like it could be cool to see the extreme of this concept. Infinite stacking but extreme damage nerf.

Is the issue performance? I remember old Elementalist prolif causing a lot of issues. I wouldn't argue with Prolif stating that it's only the strongest ignite, if that would alleviate some shenanigans.

EDIT: Just remembered that Defiled Forces exists. Yeah that would definitely prevent this from being realised.
