Suggestion - Hideout message board for offers and return time

I was thinking how nice it would be to have a message board in our hideouts.
It would be nice to be able to put a message to friends if I need to step away for a minute before they get online. Would prevent some missed connections.
Also for people to give offers for stuff in our merchants since there is no way besides hoping they are in their hideout at that moment or perhaps messaging on this website which feels like a waste of time so no one does it.

How much? I wouldn't be apposed for it to be an extra feature we can pay for idk i just want it :D
