More suggestions to fix Channeling Spells

Allow them to benefit from intensity style buffs so that they can ramp up even more, if we get some kind of Channeling Intensity support gem and spend a whole link on it.

Allow certain channeling spells (like fireblast, divine ire) to benefit from spell echo or unleash, this way we can obviate some of the down side of needing to sit there and channel them by unleashing them.
