New Ascendancy option for Scion (inspired by Phrecia)

Similar to the current Ascendant ascendancy for Scion, which has 6 primary nodes that take portions of the 18 other class ascendancies.
But instead of the current core ascendancies, this new one takes portions from the Phrecia ascendancies. It'll never reach the full power of the Phrecia ascendancies, but it opens up a variety unique gameplay options.

And the work the devs put into the Phrecia ascendancies won't go to waste. :)
