Pre nerf?! balancing team is a joke [Fun detected = nerf incoming]

GGG: lets introduce new skills this league.
also GGG: lets PRE-Nerf new skills before people can play em this league.

Normally such nerfs would occur during public testing before live launch, but since GGG doesn't believe in a PTR, this is your substitute.

I don't really think a balance change before release can ever be called a nerf. GGG has probably changed the numbers on the new skills dozens of times already.

Goodness forbid GGG try to not destroy the economy by allowing everyone to farm maps at breakneck speeds using OP skills.

these are busted. and i am not sure if the king of them all isnt actually Kinetic Fusillade that pairs PERFECTLY with Fanaticism and has a great gameplay loop (and ludicrous clear if stacking chains)

the 'magic wall' that shores up ANY single wand single target really looks like over-caring at this point

if i stard the league at all - im definitely ditching my assassin's plans (he is dodo) and go wander like 90% of the population.

you took time to post it but you didnt give it a second though?

it is like this: POE has abilities scaling from gem levels and abilities scaling from gear. it is perfectly natural that in first TWO f.. hours when nobody has any gear - skills that scale from levels will dominate

im actually surprised the PCOB isnt even higher along with Winterdide Brand, ED/C and other old-but-gold leveling staples.

wand builds require an actual WAND to deal damage, why bother crafting it now
