Maligaro's Restraint Tweak Request

I would like to request the effects of Maligaro's Restraints "Shocks you cause are reflected back to you" be applied to the player before the enemy, as this would enable it to interact with Galvanic Field.

It is already possible to damage yourself to cause a shock to the player and apply Galvanic Field. There have already been a few builds over the years that take advantage of this interaction.

However Maligaro's Restraint would be more meaningful & direct for this playstyle considering it's a unique players WANT to apply self shock with, yet lacks appropriate compensation for applying a self shock.

Please consider. Please let us apply Galvanic Field to ourselves with Maligaro's Restraint. We can already do it with Storm Secret, this would merely open up more avenues for builds.
