Extreme long loading screens for towns

As the title says, loading in to a town takes me over a minute. I have been playing for about 4 hours, of which 30-45 minutes is waiting for town to load. Every act is the same.

This is terrible.

I'm not a technical guy, so i cant tell what would be the cause here. I just know that this is since the launch of Keepers league.

I tried going directx11, didnt help, went back, game kept crashing on selecting directx12, manually changed the config file, that helped. Loading screens are still terrible though.
