Time to buff chronomancer? ^_^

I love chronomancer, but could we make Time Freeze a global ability?
It would be great if it could freeze everything in the AoE: ground effects, projectiles mid-flight (or destroy them), DoT effects (Bleed, Ignite, etc...).

So it become an actual time stop, where only non-threatening non-hostile things can move/happen. The ability is already fun, but the defensive side feels incomplete at the moment
