(failed to connect to instance)‏

I can’t play the game — every time I try to join, I get disconnected with the message “Failed to connect to instance.” I tried using a VPN and changing the DNS, but it didn’t work. I’ve had like 100 disconnects already. I also tried repairing the game on Steam and restarting my PC, but that didn’t help either.

I've been facing the same problem for a week now. I checked the forum and noticed several players with the same issue, but there's no decent official answer yet on how to solve it. It's a shame.
