MASSIVE oversight with the grafts and graftblood cap

Take the graftblood cap off, it serves to only make gameplay WORSE

I just did my first "breach heist", only to have the message...

"you don't have enough space to hold all this graftblood"

I TRIED to roll your stupid grafts all campaign long, and they all SUCKED, so I didn't equip them, which means I had some low level one which was OKAY from like level 20

So, get this straight.....
because I had doggen RNG on my early graft rolls, you PUNISH me when I finish my first heist??!?

What?

Obviously, there should never be a graftblood cap, why would there EVER be?
