Playstation Performance is terrible

I decided I would try POE 1 for the first time since I have been getting into POE 2. Well not first time, but in a few years ya. I dont remember the performance being this bad. I am like 3 maps into campaign and there is SO much stuttering.

When I open the passive tree, its all blurry and has blurry boxes. Does this too when I open my inventory.

I have great internet, and no issues on POE 2 or any other game. I dont remember it being this bad last time.
