Trade filter improvment request, trade filter off should include items with no listed price

So for context, from the new in game trade interface, In a private league it seemed like the trade search was broken because with all of the filters turned off i was not getting any results. After messing around we figured out, To check if a friend has a unique in a public tab I have to turn On the "trade filters" and set the sale type to "no listed price".

If A filter is Off I should see everything. It tripped 3 of us up that we had to add a filter to see items. It is also pretty annoying to have to turn this filter on just to search for a item by name.

So my request/suggestion is that, if the 'trade filters' section is off it should not be filtering out items with "no listed price". Or said another way, if that section is off it should show items with every sale type.
