Kinetic Rain - look and feel

Numbers and nerfing aside.. the skill has an okay look but it sounds like.. nothing? Does it even have SFX attached? It's so utterly lacking impact! I turned up my volume a bunch and there's a really slight whoosh noise but.. that's it??

There is no skill added after 2022 and you should know that.

Thanks, I did not know that. I just assumed as they added gems, they added them to the appropriate forum, because it's.. their forum.
