Returning Player; CoC and HexOnCast?

I've been away for a while and want to get back in to playing again, I looked through some of the gems I've missed along the way and I liked the look of Souldrend of Reaping (for CoC trigger) and and Hexblast as the effect that goes off. Would I be able to squeeze in all of that as well as a Hextouch for an easy kill-button? Or would I need to trigger hexes manually?

If you have guides or tips for something along the lines of what I've described please feel free to give me some insight!
