Latency on EU servers going to 10000 or 20000 ms

Hi,
since the league start I have a lot of problems with stable game connection. I usually have about 33 ms ping to EU Frankfurt servers.

From day 1 there are times pings go back and forth to 100s or even 1000s ms. Sometimes I see 20000+ ping at which point clients gets disconnected.

When this happens it doesn't matter which EU realm I choose, they all behave the same (I tried Milan, Amsterdam, London, Paris...).

It seems to be like this for hours. Then next day it works fine, and few hours in it gets the same.

Today I had this problem in Uber Lab, so no breach involved in an area (I guess).

I always check connection on my end, pinging google servers and checking other applications - no issue there.

I've heard complains about EU servers for some time now in the POE Community. But this is first time I can't play the game.

Could you please take a look into it?

I saw some similar posts for other realms, some folks said it was fixed. But from what I can tell it is not.

Sadly won't finish this first uber lab run this league - can't do it on 15k ping :/
