Compatibility and availability of Cosmetics

I am writing this to get a more definitive answer about the backwards compatibility of a the Cruel Trarthan Executioner Armour Pack and my ability to use it in POE when I don't own a key to POE2. I prefer the look of this pack more than the new ones for Keepers and would like to support the game but cannot seem to find a solid answer to my issues. The answers I can find online about this have vague responses like "Yes" or "it works for some MTX". I'm hoping to get an answer so I can spend my money wisely.
