Never received pet

Never got the Azmeri deer pet even though It says I claimed it and it's on my account on path of exile, I have 2 accounts linked together I think that's why, I know this is old but I was hoping there was still a way to get it. My account is MSPRINCESSROGUE#8178 and the account it got sent to that's linked is LadyRogue#7391 super disappointing I gave up awhile ago but was still hoping to get it.
