Dear GGG support team, I've just recently bought a gaming PC, and download poe1 and poe2. With the same login id: kiddo_1972#2984. However, the all of the support packages I bought from the playstation (ps5) previously have not been able to use on the pc. Please any chance the lovely support team from GGG able to help me?
