Explosive arrow sometimes does not stick to rare or unique enemies/bosses

Example: started the eater of worlds boss fight, the arrows did not stick, the build does not work when this happens. I killed my character to see if this would change anything and it did. the arrows sticked again.

I have had this same problem on Izaro in lab, where only phase 1 had this issue.

I can clearly see that the arrows stick into the walls instead of the enemies is these cases.

Classic sir, you cannot stand on the upper ground as well as it will also miss.
