Ultimatum Encounters Crashing Instance 3.27

Today after allocating atlas tree points to Ultimate Encounters the game will crash each time I try to start an encounter.
I had run Ultimatum before without problem. The issues only started today right after I allocated points to this on the Atlas tree.
