Computer crashed in the pirate fight and can't rejoin

Hello,

Sorry: My computer crashed during the encounter with the pirate and there is no way to rejoin the instance. The only option I can click is to kill my crew and lose the shipment :(

Could you please make it like in heist, where you can rejoin and you have to confirm leaving or something similar?
